EE alumni Mansoor Hanif is the new Ofcom CTO
BT and EE alumnus Mansoor Hanif is Ofcom's new Chief Technology Officer , replacing the long-serving Steve Unger who left the regulator in June. Hanif's new remit will be to ensure Ofcom's work is informed by the latest developments in network technology, having previously served as head of convergence at BT-EE.
