The Messenger's Newest DLC, Picnic Panic, Arrives for Free in 2019

Announced during the Kinda Funny Games Showcase, The Messenger's Picnic Panic DLC will bring some tropical flair to the indie title by Sabotage Studio.
In 2019, the Picnic Panic DLC will be available for free on PC and Switch and features three new levels - including one that has you riding a skull raft on the ocean - boss fights, and much more.
The Messenger was released on August 30, 2018, and is heavily inspired by Ninja Gaiden, which is actually being added to the Nintendo Switch Online - Nintendo Entertainment System library next week.

The Messenger's Free Picnic Panic DLC Adds Three New Levels, Bosses Next Year

If you enjoyed the fun retro-twice-over platformer The Messenger and were looking to get a bit more of it, you won't have to wait much longer.
Developer Sabotage has announced Picnic Panic, a new free batch of levels for the game. As the title implies, it's features a tropical island setting across three new levels, each with its own boss. Of course, the base game's time-travel mechanic is intact, as you'll find portals that swap between the two retro styles. You'll be able to get your hands on the new levels sometime next year on Switch and PC.
